The food was fresh and the largest buffet in Jacksonville. The hibachi and sushi was outstanding. The best sweet tea around! If you're from the south you know how important that is! Danielle kept the glasses filled and plates cleared. Very impressed with the level of service and food for such a great buffet. They have a regular menu to order from also. Highly recommend Mai Tai and will return often

Food was great would have gave 5 start on food if it wasn't for there being hard little ball things in the shrimp which is my favorite food but those bars things ruined the shrimp for me! Staff was very friendly kept refills coming and we are a family of 7 it was clean and for 7 people the price wasn't that bad it was just under 70. By a few cent but hey that's a good price for 7 with it being buffet and all i will definitely be going back good job Mai Tai staff

Tonight the food was good. Hot and fresh. Brittany has definitely made a difference. She always takes care of her guests. Its making its way back to what it used to be.
